Our Story
WÜD is a furniture design studio built on a simple idea — that materials, when used with intent, shape how people experience space.
The studio operates between craftsmanship and architecture, designing and manufacturing bespoke furniture, custom wood furniture, and architectural interior elements for residential environments.
Wood, steel, stone and upholstery are selected for their structural, tactile and spatial qualities — not surface appearance alone. This material-first approach allows each piece to resolve clearly, where form, function and longevity are aligned.
From statement dining tables and bed systems to coffee tables and custom cabinetry, each piece is developed as a direct response to space and use.
DESIGN LANGUAGE
WÜD works with a minimal, contemporary design language focused on proportion, material and long-term use.
The studio designs bespoke furniture and custom wood furniture for residential interiors, including dining tables, bed frames, coffee tables, sideboards and architectural cabinetry.
Each piece is developed using solid wood, steel, stone and upholstered elements, selected based on structural performance and visual balance.
The approach to mixed-material furniture is controlled and intentional — combining wood and metal or stone and soft materials to create depth without excess.
Work is not trend-driven. It is designed as timeless furniture, built for durability and integration into high-end residential spaces.
Position
WÜD does not operate as a furniture retailer or contractor.
The studio produces work as design output — pieces that sit within a broader architectural context, rather than existing as isolated products.
This approach allows for a more cohesive result across interiors, where furniture, material and space are considered together.
